Project Overview The modernization project continues to progress as crews work both inside and outside the building. This week, the carpenters are installing windows in the vestibule area and are continuing to install sheetrock on the 2nd floor. The mechanical contractor is firestopping hydronic piping and continuing to install ductwork in the 2nd floor. The plumbing contractor is working on pipe fittings and firestopping copper piping through walls. The electrician is continuing pull wire in the electrical room, install disconnect switches in the laundry room, and working on the exterior electrical panels for the service. The sprinkler contractor installed the flush fire department connection yesterday and is continuing to install sprinkler piping in the ground floor. We also have another subcontractor that started to install framing for the storefront in the vestibule area as we well as exterior doors around the building.
